- Interested persons must meet the criteria set by the National Chamber of Crafts
- Have a vocational/general high school diploma or a higher level
- Have over 10 years of experience in the relevant craft
- Have experience in training and qualifying of apprentices
- To have promoted his / her activity / to have been evaluated for a particular job
- Successfully pass the qualification exam
