"SKILL 2030" CONFERENCE
"ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LABOR MARKET AND FUTURE PROFESSIONS"
The National Chamber of Crafts participated in this two-day conference, March 26-27, where there were 4 thematic sessions.
The main goals of this Conference were:
To foster engagement and discussions at the technical level between government actors, private sector representatives, beneficiaries of the VET system, industry experts, universities and others about the most optimal approaches on how the VET system can serve the need for higher labor productivity and innovation.

To examine new forms for the provision of VET, as well as to better adapt the provision of VET to the needs of the labor market, through the active participation of the private sector.

To explore alternative ways of developing human capital for a dynamic labor market and innovative economy.

To reach a common understanding regarding the potential for increasing lifelong learning as a new policy for the activation of vulnerable groups and for the changing needs of the labor market.
The conference is organized by the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, in cooperation with the European Union in Albania, the Swiss Development & Cooperation Embassy of Switzerland in Albania, and our #UNDP.
