The National Chamber of Crafts traveled to the city of Shkodra to certify Mr. Orald Spahija with the title of Master Pastry Chef.
Present at this event were the Mayor of Shkodër, Mr. Bardh Spahia,
the President of the National Chamber of Crafts, Mr. Luan Bregasi, the Secretary General of the Chamber,
Mr. Koli Sinjari, the President of the Pastry and Pastry Bread Association, Mr. Gëzim Peshkopia.
