The National Chamber of Crafts in cooperation with GIZ and the SDI association organized the ceremony of the titles Master and Journeyman in the wool processing sector in Kukës. The President of the National Chamber of Crafts Luan Bregasi emphasized that the SDI Association has established contacts with all the links of the wool processing process and that during this time 125 artisans have been trained.

Bregasi stated that the purpose of this cooperation is the economic and social empowerment of women in this area and the commitment of young people to preserving tradition and doing business.

The title of Master and Journeyman was given to 25 women in the wool processing sector. Seeing the needs of the market, a training module "Skills for Business" has been realized where it is intended to train not only women who deal directly with this sector, but also others, especially young people, for the management and marketing of products.
