Within the framework of the Master Craftsman qualification exam, four seminars of Module III “Business Management” were conducted, with a particular focus on finance.
Participants addressed the essential role of finance in sustainable business development, learning how to prepare financial statements, manage liquidity, evaluate credit options, and carefully plan investments.
The seminars also included analysis of financial indicators, capital investment planning, and business plan development—not only as a tool to assess a company’s current situation, but also as a strategic guide for growth and future financial decision-making.
By the end of the course, participants had gained practical skills for effectively managing profit, capital needs, and overall business strategy.
