Emphasis was also placed on dedicated training for the food sector, including pastry, bakery, hospitality and tourism, bars, and restaurants. Projects and competitions were presented, aiming to empower professionals and youth by developing skills and promoting talent. Discussions also focused on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises through networking, professional counseling, and the exchange of best practices.
