The National Chamber of Crafts, upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Association of Restaurants and Guesthouses, has awarded the prestigious title “Master” to five renowned professionals of Albanian gastronomy. This recognition celebrates their exceptional contribution, high professional standards, and their role in promoting Albanian cuisine both nationally and internationally.

Albana Dulellari – Executive Masterchef at Bosco Restaurant and Perfect Food, and ambassador of Alta Group Albania. A trailblazer who has broken barriers and set new standards within the culinary industry.

Kevin Shoshaj – Instructor at the Albanian Chefs Academy and one of the most promising young talents, recognized for his contemporary techniques and modern culinary creativity.
