As part of strengthening capacities for the development of vocational education in accordance with the German Master Craftsperson standard, employees of the National Chamber of Crafts and Sectoral Associations have successfully completed Part III of the Master Title – Business Administration and Part IV – Pedagogy in the Workplace.

Upon completion of the training, participants have been certified as “Trainers for Action-Oriented Vocational Education and Training”, in line with the standards of the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (DHKT).

This certification represents a significant contribution to strengthening the vocational training system in Albania by creating a network of qualified trainers capable of further disseminating modern teaching and training management methodologies, in support of the sustainable development of the crafts sector.
