The National Chamber of Crafts begins awarding the title “Master”. Applicants for the award were recognized for their professionalism, innovative work and contribution on training young professionals. Craftsmen have witnessed their over 10-years experience in the profession for which they received the title of "Master". They presented to the commission their innovative works that make them special in their craft and the achievements they have received over the years. They also proved their contribution on training young professionals. Craftsmen who received the title of "Master" are from various sectors and this process of awarding titles by the National Chamber of Crafts will still continue focusing on industry sectors.

Mrs. Teresa Gega received the title of "Master" in the processing of silk, cotton and lacework.
