The Employers’ Federation of Montenegro, in cooperation with the National Chamber of Crafts of Albania, within the framework of the project “Accessible Boat Tourism” (CFCU/MNE/283) co-financed by the European Union, announces a Public Call for artisans, craftsmen, and individuals interested in participating in training, employment, and self-employment activities in the field of boat production and adaptation for persons with disabilities (PwD).
📌 Purpose of the Call
To support the development of accessible tourism by empowering artisans, promoting practical on-the-job training, and creating new opportunities for self-employment and cooperation with the tourism sector.
👷♂️ Who Can Apply

Artisans and craftsmen experienced in building, repairing, or adapting boats;

Entrepreneurs who own workshops and wish to train new workers;

Individuals who want to receive practical training and start a new business activity.
🎓 What the Project Offers

Practical on-the-job training with qualified mentors;

Financial support of up to €1,800 per participant;

Equipment, materials, and guidance for starting activities;

Promotion and inclusion in the network of artisans and accessible tourism actors.
