The second day of the activity “Training on Business Plan Development, Financing, and Partnership Building” was held within the framework of the project “Accessible Boat Tourism” (CFCU/MNE/283), funded under the 4th Call of the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro–Albania 2014–2020.

The session continued to build on the practical knowledge and skills introduced on the first day, with a focus on strengthening participants’ understanding of business planning, financing opportunities, and the development of sustainable partnerships in the accessible tourism sector.
