On May 16, the event “Training on Business Plan Development, Financing, and Partnership Building” was successfully held within the framework of the project “Accessible Boat Tourism” (CFCU/MNE/283), funded under the 4th Call of the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro–Albania 2014–2020.

This training aimed to strengthen tourism businesses and local stakeholders by building capacities in business plan development, identifying and accessing financing opportunities, and establishing sustainable partnerships.

Participants gained practical knowledge and skills to develop sustainable and inclusive strategies in the accessible tourism sector.
