General information

The National Chamber of Crafts was established on 19 December 2017 is a legal entity that is organized and operates under the law 70/2016, is a nonprofit activity. Established as a need to support and represent the common interests of its members to create and strengthen the image of craftsmen and support them by providing a fair and equal treatment. The National Chamber of Crafts proposes and participates in the drafting of legal acts in the field of craftsmanship and vocational training in craftsmanship, provides legal advice to the subjects that are its members.

The National Chamber of Crafts promotes domestic products, both domestically and internationally, cooperation with other responsible institution countries or the standardization or recognition of the certificates for masters and pre master abroad. It is the only institution that represents, promotes and protects the rights and interests of craftsmen in Albania.

The assembly of the Chamber has 51 members  and the board has 13 members.

The National Chamber offers its members a wide range of services including crafts registrations, legal consultancy,  dissemination of information, qualifications and vocational training for "master" and "pre master"

In January 2019, was drafted the strategic plan of  National Chamber of Crafts. The vision and the mission of the institution is designed to reflect and address the needs of craftsmen.
