With pride and dedication, the National Chamber of Crafts, in collaboration with ALTA Academy and with the close support of the Bread, Pastry and Dough Association, officially certified four new Assistant Masters in the field of pastry arts – a significant milestone toward building a successful career in the world of culinary artistry.
