On 21 November 2025, the Second Meeting of the EU–Albania Civil Society Joint Consultative Committee was held in Brussels. Among its members is Mr. Koli Sinjari, Executive Director of BiznesAlbania and Secretary General of the National Chamber of Crafts.

The meeting focused on the current state of EU–Albania relations, in the context of the 2025 Enlargement Package.
Mr. Sinjari delivered a presentation on Albania’s Reform Agenda, the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, and on the topic “Overview of the situation of civil society in Albania, including social dialogue.”

At the end of the meeting, the Joint Declaration was adopted.
