The National Chambers of Crafts Albania in cooperation with the Montenegrin Employers Federation, within the framework of the project “Accessible Boat Tourism” (CFCU/MNE/283), co-financed by the European Union, invites artisans and skilled workers with experience in boat construction, adaptation, or repair to express their interest in participating in this initiative focused on developing accessible tourism and training new workers!

 You can apply if you:

• Need additional workers,
• Want to expand your services,
• Wish to train others, or
• Intend to start your own business.

 Organizing practical training and support for employment:

If you own a workshop and need extra workforce, you can participate in the project as a mentor and provide on-the-job training. Participants will gain hands-on skills by working directly in your workshop on real-life tasks.

 Support through tools, materials, and equipment

Artisans involved in the program may be provided with basic materials, tools, and equipment necessary for conducting practical training and improving their business.

 Support for starting your own business:

Individuals interested in registering their own craft business in the field of accessible boat construction will receive advisory and mentoring support, assistance in promotion, and access to potential clients and partners.

• Networking opportunities with other artisans and tourism stakeholders in the field of accessible tourism
• Support in training others (unemployed, youth, PwD, and vulnerable groups)
