The National Chambers of crafts Albania in cooperation with the Montenegrin Employers Federation, within the framework of the project Accessible Boat Tourism co-financed by the European Union through the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania, announces a Public Call for expression of interest to participate in trainings and activities focused on improving inclusivity and accessibility in tourism.
Tourism that includes persons with disabilities (PwD) represents both a human rights imperative and a valuable opportunity to open up a new market niche and improve the overall quality of tourism services. This call aims to encourage local actors to strengthen their knowledge, services, and approach in order to make tourism accessible to all.
Who is this for?
The activities and trainings are intended for:
- Employees of travel agencies and local tourism organizations
- Tour guides, tour operators, and boat leaders
- Persons in direct communication with tourists
- Anyone interested in improving their knowledge of accessible and inclusive tourism
